Come Study International Leadership Enrichment and Academic Development (LEAD) Programme is a comprehensive after-school initiative designed to support students in their academic, social, spiritual, and emotional growth. This structured and nurturing environment provides students with a safe space to focus on homework, engage in extracurricular activities, and develop vital life and leadership skills.

The programme’s core objective is to help students navigate academic and social challenges by offering personalized resources, mentorship, and guidance.

Through a blend of academic support and extracurricular opportunities, the LEAD Programme fosters personal growth and equips students with the tools necessary to excel in school and beyond.

By cultivating leadership skills, resilience, and emotional intelligence, the LEAD Programme prepares students to thrive both academically and personally, while also strengthening their sense of community and self-confidence. Ultimately, the LEAD Programme is dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential, helping them not only succeed in their studies but also become well-rounded and confident leaders of the future.

This fosters the development of essential leadership skills in students outside of the traditional classroom setting. The programme focuses on empowering participants to take initiative, make decisions, and collaborate effectively in group settings.

Activities are structured to build qualities such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and responsibility.

Academic Support

Our academic sessions are designed to provide students with additional academic support outside of regular school hours to help students stay on track. Whether the child needs help with homework, studying for an upcoming test, or understanding specific concepts in subjects like math or English, our team of qualified tutors will be available to provide guidance and support. The goal is to reinforce what students are learning in class.

Example of Activities include:

  • Homework Support – Small group tailored tutoring sessions where students receive assistance in understanding key concepts in mathematics or creative writing
  • Reading and literacy development – Designed to improve students’ ability to understand and analyze texts. Includes reading short stories or excerpts and engage in group discussions.
  • Standardized Test Prep – Focused sessions that prepare students for tests like SAT, ACT, or focusing on test-taking strategies, practice questions, and reviewing key concepts.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving – Activities that encourage students to think critically, such as solving puzzles, playing board games, or working through lateral thinking problems.

Enrichment Support

This complements students’ regular academic learning by offering them opportunities to explore and develop new skills, interests, and talents in a variety of areas outside the classroom. These programme aims to expand knowledge, foster creativity, and build well-rounded individuals by providing enriching and hands-on activities that are engaging, fun, and often educational.

Example of Activities include:

  • Coding classes – Learning basic programming languages like Python to create games or websites
  • Arts and creative expression -Exploring various forms of arts, e.g., painting, drawing or photography
  • Drama or dance – Using dance to help students express themselves creatively while staying active.
  • Physical Activity and wellness – Sporting and meditation activities like yoga offer students an opportunity to develop physical fitness, learn teamwork, improve concentration, and improve overall mental wellbeing.

Development Support

Our development programmeoffers a diverse range of activities designed to foster students’ personal, emotional, and social growth. These programmes help students develop critical life skills, build resilience, and become more confident, responsible, and empathetic individuals.

Example of Activities include:

  • Emotional Intelligence and Self Awareness – Encouraging students to reflect on their thoughts and feelings through journaling activities, helping them develop self-awareness and emotional expression.
  • Life Skills Workshops – Teaching students about budgeting, saving, investing, and making financial decisions. Participation in simulations like managing a budget or planning for a hypothetical event.
  • Social Responsibility – Engaging students in learning about social issues such as environmental sustainability, or community development, followed by projects where they raise awareness.
  • Time Management Skills: Teaching students effective study habits, note-taking strategies, and how to manage their time to balance academics, extracurriculars, and personal time.

Each day will include a balance of academic support, physical activity, and social/recreational time, ensuring students have a well-rounded experience.
